A unit should open for sale only when its paperwork is clear
One register for a new project: licences and approvals, title checks per land parcel, and unit allotments. Each tower shows exactly which gate is still closed, and every change leaves an audit entry.

Gated
96 sample units, 2 land parcels. Invented data.
Three gates in front of every unit
The register ties three records together, so nobody has to ask a colleague whether a tower can be allotted.
Licences and approvals
Project-wide and per-tower approvals with authority, owner, status and validity dates.
Gate 2Title checks
Ownership chain, encumbrance, land-use, survey and litigation checks per land parcel.
Gate 3Unit allotments
Units open for allotment only when the gates above are clear. Each allotment is logged.
Try it in two minutes
- On the register, find the fire clearance that has a query raised and move it to Granted. Read the audit trail.
- On the allotment board, notice Tower B is still gated by one open item. Clear it and the tower opens.
- Allot a unit in Tower A. The log records who, what and when.
Everything here is a mock on simulated data. Changes you make stay in this browser tab only and are never sent anywhere.
